ABSTRACT 

E-books have been widely accepted by students, teachers and research scholars and their use by them is also increasing.   The demand for e-books is growing rapidly with the advancement of computers, ipad, tablet computers and mobile technology and the increase of software’s or convenient formats of reading e-books. There are many distributors or vendors of E-books available in the market, 24 hours internet access is also boosting readers to access e-books anytime and anywhere.
