Abstract
This research paper examines the effects of recent changes in higher education policy in Rajasthan, focusing on technical and vocational training reforms and their influence on employment trends. The study explores the positive impacts of these reforms on employability in technical sectors and highlights challenges related to policy reach and infrastructure in rural areas, where employability levels remain low.
